Thanks so much for your interest in IndoorPower! To get started,
please email us at manager@indoorpower.biz and we'll set
up your 5-class pass. Just provide your name, email
address, & the first class/location you'd like to
attend. Once we've set you up, we'll send your password to
the email address you provided, and then you can Visit the Calendar page to
register for your remaining classes!
Regarding your first class, if you've ever trained with
power then you can provide the coach with an estimate of your
threshold power when you show up 15-20 minutes early to your first
class, If you're new to power-based training then we can help you
estimate your power based on your body weight and
best-guess fitness (1-10) scale. Alternatively, you can
attend a Intro/Assessment
Class to learn how to set up your bike, learn some
power-based training fundamentals, and run through an assessment
workout, but this is not a necessary step if you'd
rather just jump right into the workouts.
When it's time to head to your first class, bring your bike
(smooth rear tire), your shoes, some water & a
towel. Feel free to view our instructional videos to
familiarize yourself with some of these pre-workout steps - before
or after your first class - and if you have any questions at
