CJ Dudley

endured IndoorPower's first foray into 90-minute torture tests during the 2011 training season along with much of the University of Nevada's (Reno) Cycling Team and has now joined the IndoorPower staff in an effort to share his wry wit and tough-love coaching approach with the cycling masses.

Pete Morris

is a special little guy who also comes to us via our university's cycling team. But don't let Pete's shy grin and perpetually tan legs fool you, he's got some monster watts and a penchant for pushing people to the brink of nausea if they're foolish enough to try to match his mad power.

Rhonda Roy

is an IndoorPower veteran in every sense of the word. There is perhaps no coach more versed in the ways of IP culture and training methodologies because Rhonda is easily the most consistent rider to ever grace an IndoorPower trainer.

Scot Ferguson

was also a member of IndoorPower's inaugural, extra-productive 90-minute sufferfests in his role as coach for the University cycling team. Scot brings a truly motivating presence to our classes based on his increasing knowledge of training principles and their application on top of his excellent racing results.

Alex Kizis

has been a part of IndoorPower's growth since 2006 as both a student and an instructor. He is currently a licensed USAC cycling coach and promising bike racer. With an unflinching eye for detail, Alex strives to help every IndoorPower rider get the most out of every class he leads.

Maryann Schrupp

isn't afraid of ANYTHING and her fearless attitude is bound to inspire you to greater heights as she leads you through punishing interval after punishing interval. Maryann has been with IndoorPower as a rider for several seasons now and is finally joining our coaching ranks. How lucky are we!?

Chad Timmerman

has owned & operated IndoorPower since 2006. He is a cat 2 masters rider, two-time state TT champion, and has been coaching riders individually since 2007. IndoorPower classes have steadily evolved into what they are today due to his continuous effort to fine-tune & improve every IndoorPower class he develops.
