IndoorPower will be moving to 3458 Lakeside Dr and all CompuTrainer classes will be held there beginning November 1st. The Center St studio will continue to host the circuit weight training classes but no bike classes. The new location is in the Moana West shopping center and is just a couple doors down from Ben's Liquor.

Our new location has been upgraded to multiple LCD TV's and ErgVideo live-action workout videos which really dress up the brutal interval workouts you've come to love/hate. So stop by anytime next month and we'll be happy to give you a brief tour of the new multirider center!
